An award-winning full-service law firm based in central London is currently seeking a Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor with 2-5 years’ PQE to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in handling contentious and/or transactional restructuring and insolvency work.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide strategic advice to clients on a wide range of insolvency-related matters, including pre-insolvency advisory, restructuring, and formal insolvency procedures. Furthermore, they should also possess excellent academic credentials, including a strong academic record, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients alike.
