At Heat, we have worked hard to develop a values-driven culture that is underpinned by core behaviours to drive sustainable high performance. This means that everyone in the team works hard to raise the bar and make Heat an amazing place to work, where everyone feels motivated and supported to become the best version of themselves.

Our Core Values

Heat is powered by brilliant people who embody our values in everything they do.

Back in 2019, a group of individuals from different levels of the company started a project to decide what our values should be. They set about having discussions around what we wanted Heat to be, as well as what we didn’t want it to be.

We wanted to ensure these values became embedded within the culture of Heat and could be used to inform everything about the business. Now, these values form the foundations of our business and anchor us in everything we do.

Talent and Development

We have worked hard to develop a ‘growth mindset’ as one of our core behaviors within Heat. What this has meant in practice is developing the solid infrastructure to scale the business effectively and sustainably across all our core markets whilst also moving into new verticals.  A lot of planning has gone into developing and nurturing our teams, as well as enhancing our Learning and Development offering and Talent Acquisition strategy.

Charity

Social responsibility and giving back are a big part of life at Heat, and everyone is encouraged to get involved and give back to the communities around us.

We run regular fundraising initiatives with local charities that make a positive impact on our communities, and have all staff have the opportunity to take CSR days to lend their time where it is needed.
