Our pillars are at the heart of everything we do at Heat, and they have an impact on the whole business. The pillars were devised through internal discussions around where we want to be as a business, defining not just what we want our successes to be, but how we want to be successful. This discussion allowed everyone in the business to define how we wanted to set ourselves apart and make a difference within our industry.

These were then refined in order to ensure that what we are aiming to achieve and our ambitions as a business were in line with our core beliefs and values. Now, the pillars serve as a reminder of what we want to stand for and they keep us rounded, so that everyone can keep what our intentions as a business are in sight. Keeping these pillars evenly balanced is the key to achieving this.
