Meet the Director: Stephanie Bowers
Our Manchester-based Sales division is headed up by Associate Director Stephanie Bowers.
Steph has over 15 years of experience in recruitment, across various industries and has worked for larger global and national agencies before joining Heat. In the last 10 years, she has focused solely on Sales recruitment and has built teams across various locations, each operating in key markets within Sales. She has amassed significant experience helping SMEs prosper and has also worked alongside larger household names in driving Sales talent into their teams.
She has significant experience in helping Sales and Commercial Directors build out distinct teams of new business or account management professionals at all levels across the UK and is well placed to advise hiring managers on key drivers within passive Sales talent pools in key markets.
