An established and reputable law firm is currently seeking an ambitious and highly skilled Banking and Finance Solicitor to join their legal team.
You will have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, clearing bank panel transactions. The role will involve working on both borrower and lender side transactions, collaborating with the team from the initial stages, all the way through to the completion of a deal. In addition to supporting the corporate team with MBOs and private equity transactions and assisting our R&I team on restructurings. Allowing you to gain exposure to a variety of interesting and challenging deals.
As a crucial member of the team, you will play a key role in driving the continued success of the firm. Your focus will be on building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for business development. Adopting a solutions-led approach, you will take the time to fully understand your client’s needs and provide tailored, high-quality solutions. You will receive all the necessary support to develop your networking and client-facing skills, while also enhancing your technical expertise.
Requirements:
– Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE, with relevant experience
– Strong technical knowledge of banking and finance law, including corporate finance, acquisition finance, and real estate finance
– Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– A desire to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team
