Responsibilities:
– Advising clients on corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and disposals
– Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
– Providing legal advice and support to clients on company law matters
– Assisting with the development of new business opportunities
Requirements:
– Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in corporate law
– Excellent academic and professional credentials
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
– Commercially astute with a passion for business development
