A top-20, award-winning, full-service law firm is seeking a skilled non-contentious construction solicitor to join their team in the central Birmingham office. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in law, with at least 3-5 years of experience in non-contentious construction law. They will have a proven track record of advising on a range of construction matters, including drafting and negotiating construction contracts, advising on construction procurement, and providing general construction advice.
The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and possess excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills. They should also have a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
