The Opportunity

As a Schemes Account Handler specialising in Commercial Property, you will play a crucial role in managing both general and property insurances within the Schemes and Affinities Team. The role primarily focuses on renewals, ensuring the satisfaction and retention of existing clients while actively exploring new business opportunities within the commercial property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, with a strong focus on renewals.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Work closely with the Schemes and Affinities Team to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial property sector.
• Handle the end-to-end process of insurance schemes, from initial inquiry to policy issuance and renewal.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

What’s needed for me to be considered?
 

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally dealing with schemes and managing both general and property insurances.
• Proven track record in account management, with a focus on renewals.
• Strong understanding of the commercial property insurance market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.
