An established and dynamic company based near Worcester are now looking for a Property Account Handler to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has dealt with Property Insurance to develop their career further on some large risks. You will be expected to work 2 days minimum in the office a week.
The Opportunity
Specialising in Commercial Property, you will play a crucial role in managing both general and property insurances within the Team. The role primarily focuses on renewals, ensuring the satisfaction and retention of existing clients while actively exploring new business opportunities within the commercial property sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, with a strong focus on renewals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle the end-to-end process of insurance schemes, from initial inquiry to policy issuance and renewal.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally dealing with property insurance from a broking background
- Proven track record in account management, with a focus on renewals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and build lasting client relationships.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.
