The Opportunity

With a focus on supporting the administration of clients’ insurance requirements, including general inquiries, new business quotes, and invoicing of premiums. The role involves dealing with commercial schemes clients and requires a passion for providing excellent service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in meeting client retention targets by delivering exceptional service
- Handling new business quotes generated from warm leads on a daily basis
- Managing open quotes from our team inbox promptly and efficiently
- Ensuring premiums are collected before cover commences, following procedures
- Addressing all client queries professionally, whether written or by phone, and processing them in accordance with service standards
- Recording all relevant information, correspondence, and documentation on Acturis, utilizing the diary system effectively
- Producing accurate and professional documentation using templates
- Processing adjustments, including notifying insurers, issuing revised documentation, and collecting additional premiums
- Actively promoting products from other DNA divisions
- Collaborating with and supporting other branches and Group Resources as needed
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- A passion for sales and commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in insurance or sales is advantageous but not required
- Familiarity with insurance procedures and software systems, such as Acturis, is a plus
- A team player mentality with a willingness to assist others
