A well-established, full service, Top 100 law firm with a National presence is seeking to bolster its Transactional Real Estate Team through adding a talented Property Solicitor to focus upon Residential Development work.

The Opportunity:
This is a progressive opportunity to suit a qualified Property lawyer who has established experience within a wide range of corporate and commercial real estate matters.
This is a varied role which offers the opportunity to work on property matters including residential development and strategic land, business acquisitions and disposals and other property related issues across the wider commercial Real Estate team.
Autonomy and support will be offered in good measure within a positive working environment. The role offers the opportunity to build relationships with clients through regular direct contact. You will also be encouraged and supported to grow the client base which will enable career progression.
