As a Pro-Rata Treaty Reinsurance Technician, you will play a pivotal role their operations. You will work with both Marine and Non-Marine policies, catering to a diverse portfolio of global territories, including America, the Caribbean, Eastern Europe, and Scandinavia. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical accounting support and ensure that all documentation required for clients and underwriters is accurately produced. Additionally, you will oversee the signing of treaty accounts and various technical functions, ensuring their finalisation for each treaty account.
- Review and validate documentation for both Marine and Non-Marine policies.
- Provide technical accounting support for treaty accounts.
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure proper documentation issuance.
- Finalise signing of treaty accounts and manage related technical functions.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of reinsurance documentation.
- Maintain detailed records and manage documentation deadlines.
