Desktop Adjuster Team Leader
Location: Hybrid
Salary: up to £40,000 + pension, healthcare, paid leave, bonus, life assurance.

A highly-rated Loss Adjusting company is seeking a driven and experienced Team Leader to head up its growing Property Division.
The Opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a company at an exciting period of growth and play an integral part in taking the business to the next level.
You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10 property desktop adjusters, whilst handling your caseload, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to company values.
Provide guidance and support for your team, act as a technical expert and participate in training and industry events.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Experience as a Loss Adjuster (desktop or field) dealing with Domestic or Commercial Claims.
- Strong knowledge of property insurance policies.
- Relevant qualifications such as – Cert CII or Cert CILA.
- Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
