We are working with a successful IFA firm based in Exeter that is looking to grow its team by taking on an additional Paraplanner to support its thriving Financial Advisers.
They are open to both senior and newly qualified candidates but you must have some Paraplanning experience to be considered. This role will be mostly office based due to the collaborative nature of the team but hybrid working would be considered for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Support the technical and client service teams
- Write reports and complete technical analysis
- Ensure the CRM system (Intelligent Office) is kept compliant and up to date
- Collating information on a wide range of products (ISA’s, Investment Accounts, SIPP’s, SSAS etc)
- Maintenance of client files
- Help organise and co-ordinate workload between teams
- Keep up to date with legislation and FCA regulatory aspects
