Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 – Depending on experience.
As part of our ambitious expansion plans, we are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join as a Paraplanner with the head office being based in Teignmouth, Devon.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complex suitability report writing, covering drawdown, tax-free cash, and inheritance tax advice.
- Managing effective systems, processes, and procedures to enhance practice efficiency..
- Technical support and training for new/junior employees, ensuring high accuracy in their work.
- Client services management and practice reporting.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 2-3 years of paraplanning experience.
- Passionate about a career in wealth management.
- Understanding of Investments, Pensions, and other financial planning products.
- Ideally started CII Diploma in financial planning..
- Team player with a hands-on approach to ensure smooth business operations.
- Confident professional with excellent communication skills.
- Values professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
- Proactive, accountable, and open to candid feedback for personal and professional development.
