We are seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to join a reputable financial services team based in Lincoln. Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: While there may be some clients available for reallocation, we are looking for an individual with strong business development skills to actively build and grow their caseload.

Client Servicing: Provide comprehensive financial advice to clients in areas such as Investments, Pensions, Protection, and Equity Release.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with colleagues to generate leads and support your business growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified to Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Financial Adviser with a successful track record in business development.
- Excellent knowledge of Investments, Pensions, Protection, and Equity Release.
