Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Take charge of maintaining and enhancing relationships with our healthcare providers. Ensure exceptional service delivery and satisfaction while addressing client needs and concerns.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare insurance sector. Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients to expand our market presence.
- Policy Administration: Handle a mixture of open market and binder policies efficiently. Ensure accurate and timely administration of policies, adhering to industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Market Engagement: Collaborate closely with key contacts in the Medical Malpractice and Life Science markets. Stay informed about market trends, developments, and emerging risks to better serve our clients.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Proven experience as a Healthcare Insurance Broker, preferably within the Lloyd’s market.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare insurance sector, including Medical Malpractice and Life Science.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster and maintain client relationships.
- Proactive approach to business development, with a track record of identifying and securing new opportunities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a diverse book of business.
