We’re supporting a highly regarded Wealth Management firm in Horsham with the hire of a Financial Services Administrator to join their thriving admin team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in pensions and investments to join a professional yet friendly business that genuinely values its people. With strong development pathways, study support, and a collaborative culture, progression is supported within.
Working alongside two experienced Advisers, you’ll provide a broad range of administrative and technical support to help ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.
Benefits:
- Salary up to £33,000
- 35-hour working week (9am–5pm)

To be considered, you’ll have:
- Previous experience in an admin role within pensions or investments
- Knowledge of FCA regulations and industry compliance
- Familiarity with Xplan is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, professional attitude
