This opportunity includes an existing client bank to work and develop into further new business
Yes, you heard that right… a previous client bank is NOT required for this position.
This is also better suited to someone who prefers the client management side of the role, rather than new business.
This long-standing Wealth Management firm have an opportunity to pick up an existing client bank and manage this throughout the year. The focus here is on retaining clients and organically growing, rather than a focus on new business.
Having the Diploma will be required to start as an adviser, so its important to either have this or be close to completing it.
For those without previous Financial Advising experience, full training will be provided prior to starting, with clients then being handed over immediately. People with experience will start advising from day one.
Flexibility Is there to ensure the package works for each individual, including the basic salary, fees for existing and new business, as well as marketing support.
Overview:
– Existing client bank to take over
– Full training where necessary
– A mix of face to face and telephone based client meetings
– Admin and paraplanning support
– Further financial support with Chartered exams
Requirements to be considered for the Financial Adviser opportunity:
– Minimum 2+ years within Financial Services
– Fully diploma qualified (Dip4) or close to completing would be preferred and result in a higher starting salary
– Ability to drive and own a vehicle – to commute around the area for meetings
