Property Adjusting Technician
Location: Home Based/Remote
Salary: up to £30,000 + flexible working hours + 25 days holiday (increased in tenure) and BH + private healthcare + life insurance + wellbeing programmes.

A leading claims management company is seeking a talented Property Adjusting Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work from home and support experienced adjusters in delivering exceptional service.
What you’ll do:
- Assist with all aspects of property claim investigations, from initial contact to settlement.
- Conduct thorough triaging of new claims, prioritizing tasks and scheduling site visits.
- Work on a diverse caseload, including domestic and potentially high net worth claims.
- Prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations for insurers.
- Communicate effectively with insurers, policyholders, and other parties involved in the claim.
- Maintain a proactive approach to ensure claims are settled efficiently and meet agreed deadlines.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
What’s needed for me to be considered?

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in domestic property claims adjusting.

CII or CILA certification (preferred).
