Credit Underwriter

We are seeking an experienced Credit Underwriter to join a super client based in Hampshire.  You will be working within the BTL market and applicants must have strong experience within complex and portfolio BTL, Ltd Company, SPV etc.

You will be tasked with assessing loan applications to ensure that all relevant documentation is received and reviewed, and that eligibility is checked against company standards and criteria.

Key responsibilities include:

• Undertake appraisal of applications received and approve within mandate approval limit.
• Refer cases above mandate to senior underwriter/ team leader as appropriate
