Due to expansion we are recruiting for a Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor for a Legal 500 client. The successful will be at the forefront, working alongside a Partner, dealing with a high quality caseload.
The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join a Private Client department currently flourishing with plans to continue to grow in line with increased workflow. It is a vibrant and hard working team and Contentious Probate is an increasing area.
You will take have the opportunity to work on a caseload that covers all aspects of contentious private client litigation.

What’s Needed to be considered?
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (Minimum of 2 years PQE)
- Have experience of working in a Private client department across a range of clients, handling a variety of issues
- Be able to build relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and widen knowledge
