Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Support peers in meeting client demands, achieving both renewal retention and growth rates.
Renewal Process: Control the renewal process, gather information from clients and prospects using excellent communication skills.
Business Development: Maintain and grow your book of business by pursuing and
Negotiation: Discuss renewal terms with clients, seek alternatives, and negotiate competitive terms with brokers to meet clients’ objectives.
Client Visits: Leverage your interpersonal skills during client visits.
Issue Resolution: Assess account queries and credit control matters, resolve efficiently, and escalate concerns to the appropriate team.
New Business Opportunities: Identify and act upon new-business opportunities, recommending them when appropriate.


Holding or working towards one of the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Dip CII/Cert CII.
Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent with a strong knowledge of general insurance products and services.
Strong understanding of the client market, insurance industry network, London Market, Lloyd’s, and the industry.
Detail-oriented with due diligence in administration, policy documents, and processes.
Exceptional client service focus with the customer as your top priority.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to generate and drive new business.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and maintain outstanding accuracy and attention to detail.
Continuous industry knowledge building and development.
Eligible to work in the UK.
