The Opportunity:
Our client’s Commercial Disputes team work closely with the non-contentious teams in the firm, to include the employment, commercial, property and private client teams, in providing a full range of legal services. This has helped, quite unusually for a team of litigators, to develop a large number of regular clients.
This ensures that the new hire will inherit a great degree of variety in work. It would not be unusual, on any given day, to be asked to advise on a disputed will or trust, consider the restrictive covenants within an employment contract, take instructions on a commercial lease renewal whilst issuing proceedings on a shareholder or partnership dispute. Our client consciously makes the link between variation and a structured career development path.

What’s needed to be considered?

- Experience in advising on commercial disputes, ideally with a focus on director shareholder disputes
- Ability to run your own caseload
