Job Title: Client Service Associate – Support
Location: Sutton Coldfield, UK
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (Experience dependent)

Benefits:

• 25 days of annual leave, in addition to bank holidays, increasing to 30 days after 10 years of service.
• Employer contribution starting at 3% (after 3 months) and increasing to 5% after 5 years.
• Death in service benefit at 4 times the salary.
• Flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home. During the probation period (6 months), one day a week remote work is allowed, increasing to two days upon completion of probation.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in regular communications with clients, both written and verbal, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Handle administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail, contributing to the smooth operation of our client service function.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Utilise IO and Transact systems proficiently to streamline processes and enhance client experience.
