Heat Recruitment is proud to announce AMRA accreditation

We’re proud to announce that we have achieved AMRA accreditation (APSCo Member’s Risk Assessment) as an agency following successful completion of assessment.

Compliance within the recruitment industry is an increasingly prevalent issue, and by receiving this accreditation we have achieved a gold-standard of compliance that ensures the security of data and mitigation of risks for both our clients and candidates, and ensures we are adhering to the highest level of compliance practices.

“The purpose of the APSCo Member Risk Assessment is to demonstrate our members commitment to best practice in the recruitment sector and the highest level of professionalism. APSCo membership is seen as a trusted badge of quality amongst the client and candidate communities and this new risk assessment will allow members to reinforce that message with their clients. It will also benefit members by identifying any gaps or areas of risk within their compliance processes. Compliance is an ever more important consideration for clients as they take on legal obligations in respect of their supply chains, increasingly they will want proof that recruiters in their supply chain are compliant.”

Going beyond simply ensuring we are compliant to the minimum level required, following the framework of the accreditation allows us to deliver an even better service to our clients and candidates, and ensures we continue to work to best industry practices.

This ensures we are continuing to act as trusted partners to both our candidates and clients and ensures all risks relating to compliance are mitigated and that we are going above and beyond our obligations in our partnerships.
