Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 DOE / Negotiable + Bonus

Are you a highly qualified Chartered Paraplanner looking to join a respected boutique IFA firm in North London?
Our client is seeking an experienced, technically strong paraplanner to play a key role in supporting their advisers and maintaining an exceptional advice standard.
This is a rare opportunity to join a well?established firm with longstanding client relationships and a highly capable back?office team.
The Role
You will work closely with the advisers, alongside a highly experienced senior paraplanner, to produce high?quality, compliant reports and technical research.
This is not a client-facing role, allowing you to focus on pure technical paraplanning and complex case work.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed, compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments, insurance and estate planning
- Conduct in?depth technical analysis and research, including cash-flow modelling
- Work with Intelliflo, FE Analytics, CashCalc and 360° compliance tools
- Support the advice process for 3 experienced advisers and collaborate with a strong admin team (9 administrators)
- Maintain exceptional report turnaround while contributing to a consistent advice framework
- Build a close working relationship with senior leadership and the adviser team
About You
- Chartered – Essential
- Minimum 5 years’ paraplanning/report-writing experience
- Confident working in a fast-paced IFA environment (investment/insurance/offshore backgrounds also considered)
- High technical competency with a strong understanding of financial planning
- Comfortable producing accurate, clear reports at volume
- Familiar with Intelliflo, FE Analytics and cashflow modelling (or similar tools)
Remote working may be considered only for candidates with full UK RTW and who can demonstrate strong performance in previous remote roles.
