Overview
An established and growing independent financial planning firm is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual who enjoys working closely with advisers and producing high-quality, compliant client documentation.
Key Responsibilities

Produce clear, compliant and technically accurate suitability reports

Carry out product, fund and platform research

Analyse client information and support the end-to-end advice process

Work closely with Financial Advisers to develop appropriate recommendations

Maintain accurate client records in line with FCA requirements

Liaise with providers, platforms and third parties
-
Support ongoing process improvements within the paraplanning function
Candidate Profile

QCF Level 4 qualified or working towards qualification
-
Previous experience in a paraplanning role within financial services
-
Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection
-
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
-
Confident IT user (experience with back-office systems preferred)

Proactive, reliable and able to manage workload effectively
