My client is a new and exciting brand in the financial services industry. With offices based in the heart of the city at Citypoint, my client has an established client base comprised of city-based professionals, business owners, and sports people.
Job Summary:
To provide secretarial and administration support as required to the head of ops.
Duties include:
- Work with the Head of Ops to administer projects on the back-office system.
- Data entry onto back-office systems.
- Occasional filing and post duties when needed.
- Writing review letters.
- Helping to gather client information/client packs for meetings.
- Scanning/attaching/copying/printing documents for the advisers and paraplanners.
- General office tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Skills/qualifications:
- Prior knowledge of intrinsic paperwork system – XPLAN – not essential, training can be provided if required.
- You will be required to use standard applications to process, obtain, and combine information – Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Be able to complete some routine and non-routine tasks in an office environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage own time effectively.
