Title: Claims MI Analyst Location: East Midlands (Remote) Industry: Insurance / Legal Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE We are seeking a Claims MI Analyst to join a growing and fast-paced claims operation. Sitting at the centre of the team, you will play a key role in improving efficiency, strengthening client service and supporting data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Act as the liaison between claims handlers and management teams, ensuring smooth communication and workflow Drive efficiency across the claims function by coordinating incoming and active claims Support client relationships, prepare for service reviews, and help maintain a high standard of service delivery Produce claims statistics, performance MI, and reports for both internal use and clients Maintain data accuracy, document procedures, and contribute to continuous process improvements Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and internal office protocols Assist in authorising claim payments in accordance with agreed processes Provide general administrative support to the team as required Work closely with Claims Managers to support service delivery, MI reporting and data insights Candidate Requirements: Experience in motor claims handling within a legal, insurance, or claims management environment Strong analytical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident working with claims data, reporting, and MI Proactive, pragmatic, and able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
