Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 (DOE)
Bonus: Flat 30% commission structure (3x validation)
Car Allowance: £4,500
Location: Remote (access to do hybrid at any local offices across the UK if preferred)

Are you a driven and client-focused financial professional with a passion for corporate advice? A growing, nationwide financial planning firm is seeking a Workplace Consultant / Corporate Financial Adviser to join their expanding team, supporting a portfolio of major corporate clients across the UK.
The Role:
This is a 100% corporate advisory role – no private clients. You’ll be taking over a book of around 80 corporate pension clients from a retiring adviser, with a focus on pensions, group risk, PMI, financial education, and webinars. The firm is looking for a hunter, not a farmer – someone who is new business focussed who can open doors, and build strong relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert advice on workplace pensions and employee benefits
- Conduct financial education sessions and webinars for corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and decision-makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SME and corporate space
- Collaborate with a supportive operations team (no market research required)
About You:
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (Level 6/Chartered a bonus)
- 3+ years’ experience in financial services, ideally in a corporate advisory role
- Strong pension knowledge with broader understanding of group risk and employee benefits
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development
- Friendly, adaptable, and eager to grow within a dynamic team
- Existing client relationships a bonus, but not essential
