Due to their growth over the last two years, they are now looking for a Broking Team Leader to come on board and manage a small team.
The Opportunity:
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous Team Leading and Broking experience to take control of a small team of account handlers. You will be dealing with general day to day broking whilst also managing, coaching, 1 to 1s and overseeing the smooth running of the team.
