Salary – Based on £70K (Full Year Salary)
Location – Remote – Due to fit and proper checks only UK based applicants can be considered.
I am lucky enough to be working exclusively with a leading business in the Mental Health/Medical diversity sector.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager on a fixed term basis initially for 6 months, the role is fully remote, but you must be UK based (already).
I am seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to take ownership of my clients emerging product and drive its development from concept to market.
This is a pivotal role with the potential to evolve into a permanent Head of Product position for the right candidate.
Senior Product Manager Specification:
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Work cross functionally to conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, growth, pr, and marketing, to ensure product success.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and gather valuable feedback.
- Analyse product performance metrics and user data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proven track record in product management, with experience in launching and scaling successful products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the potential to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Experience in the Health Tech sector.
- Knowledge of dealing with Highly Confidential data security
- PMP or Agile certifications.
- Experience working with both internal and external Engineering resources.
