Role: Senior Warhead Mechanical Engineer
Contracting Authority: Public Sector
Contract Length: 18 months
Location: Remote – Some travel to clients required
IR35: Inside IR35
Pay Rate: Up to £63.58 per hour via umbrella

Minimum Requirement:
- Active SC Clearance (no sponsorship available)
- HNC/HND in an engineering discipline and associate membership of an appropriate institute or Degree in an engineering discipline or a chartered engineer, but not necessarily both
- Good working knowledge of Mechanical Engineering practise
- Good working knowledge of Regulations and Standards for Pressure Equipment i.e. Pressure Equipment Directive and Pressure Equipment Regulations, Inc PED risk categories and conformity assessments
- Working knowledge of the Design of Pressure and Vacuum Systems
- Working knowledge of one or more relevant vessel/ piping design codes such as PD5500, ASME III, ASME VIII Division 1 2&3, BS EN 13445, BS EN 13480, ASME B31.3, although a deep knowledge of all of these is not expected
- Selecting and Specifying material, Understanding Product Codes
