Job Title: Senior Client Service Administrator
Salary: £32,000 to £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: West Yorkshire

This is a key role for an experienced Senior Administrator looking to take ownership of client service delivery while supporting the growth of a professional and collaborative advice team.

About the Role:
As a Senior Client Service Administrator, you will provide high-level support across the full client journey – from onboarding through to annual reviews – ensuring a seamless, accurate, and professional experience for both clients and advisers. You will act as a central figure within the team, helping to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining excellent communication and ensuring a responsive and high-quality experience at all stages of their journey

  • Manage client administration processes, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance from onboarding to ongoing servicing

  • Prepare documentation and support financial planners with meeting preparation and case coordination

  • Maintain client records and manage internal systems efficiently

  • Champion best practices across compliance, operations, and service standards

  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members, contributing to a supportive and high-performing team culture

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in financial services administration, ideally within a financial planning or wealth management environment

  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in financial services

  • Professional and confident communication skills, with a warm and client-focused manner

  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational ability

  • Proactive approach with the ability to manage your own workload effectively

  • A genuine interest in supporting others and developing leadership skills
