This is an opportunity to join a close-knit team of around 15 professionals who deliver truly personal financial planning. They support individuals, families, and business owners across Surrey and the South East, providing a service that is consistently personalised and transparent.
As a Senior IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting advisers and ensuring a smooth, compliant, and high-quality client journey from start to finish.
Approximately 80% of your role will focus on administrative support, complex case management, and overseeing client processes. The remaining 20% will involve assisting with supervision of other team members and supporting aspects of report writing alongside advisers and paraplanners.

To be considered for this Senior IFA Administrator position:
- 3+ years’ experience in an IFA or financial planning administration role
- Experience handling complex cases independently
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident liaising with providers, platforms, and clients
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with leadership qualities
