Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE

We’re looking for a Senior Claims Handler to join a high-performing team and take ownership of a diverse caseload of complex, pre-litigated claims.

Responsibilities:

• Managing large Loss and Complex claims
• Personal Injury (PI)
• Credit Hire
• Property Damage
• Employer’s Liability (EL)
• Public Liability (PL)
• Other third-party losses

Requirements:

• Proven experience in third-party claims handling (legal, insurance, or claims management background)
• Strong expertise in personal injury claims, especially large loss cases over £100k
• Familiarity with case law and the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and client relationship skills
• A collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused approach

*Experience in EL/PL, credit hire, or property damage is welcome, but can also be developed on the job.
