A growing and well respected client of ours in Education is seeking to appoint an experienced and creative Group Admissions Manager, to join them at an exciting stage of continued growth.
You should be a high calibre individual, educated to degree level, and with previous Sales experience. Ideal candidates will have previous first-hand experience of managing and overseeing sales conversion and customer retention activities to promote growth, ideally within an area of the Education arena. A background in admissions in an education setting is not essential although it is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate commercial acumen and be able to manage and deliver upon conflicting priorities and challenges. You should value analytics and be capable of analysing data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will work directly with our client’s private schools located globally to provide leadership, support and oversight to their admissions teams and schools. You will support school teams to manage and convert leads into new admissions, maintaining high levels of retention and nurturing existing families to become advocates for the schools to support group growth targets.
