Residential Conveyancing Assistant Opportunity
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for conveyancing? We’re seeking a Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. This role primarily focuses on residential conveyancing, but candidates with experience in commercial conveyancing are also encouraged to apply, as future opportunities may be available in this area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and providing client quotes.
- Sending out contract packs efficiently and accurately.
- Managing the completion process, including preparing documents for exchange and completion.
- Completing and submitting SDLT forms.
- Applying for searches and handling related correspondence.
- Drafting and preparing various legal documents.
- Creating and finalizing completion statements.
- Providing regular updates to clients and agents to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, agents, and colleagues.
