This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in residential property matters to advance their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing your own caseload with administrative support given.
• Sales, purchase, freehold, and leasehold cases. 
• Perform title checks, raise and respond to queries. 
• Registered and unregistered titles.
• Managing leasehold flats, shared ownership properties, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Ensuring efficient and accurate handling of property transactions.

Candidate profile: 

• Experience in residential property matters is essential.
• Professional legal qualifications are beneficial. 
• A thorough understanding of the legal requirements for sales, purchases, and associated transactions.
• Strong organisational and communication skills to deliver exceptional client service.
