My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate and Construction Account Handler to join their dynamic insurance team. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of accounts within the real estate and construction sectors, ensuring high-quality service and tailored insurance solutions.
What’s Expected of You:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the real estate and construction industries.
- Provide expert advice on insurance products and coverage options.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of real estate and construction accounts.
- Conduct risk assessments and tailor insurance solutions to meet client needs.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters.
- Handle policy renewals, amendments, and claims efficiently.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients and internal use.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive service.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an account handler in the insurance industry, specifically within real estate and construction.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
