Role: Project Manager
Contracting Authority: Public Sector
Contract Length: 18 Months
Location: Hybrid – 2/3 days per week onsite in Reading
IR35: Inside IR35
Hourly Pay Rate: £63.57 via Umbrella
Clearance: Active DV Clearance preferred but will consider candidates with Active SC Clearance
Minimum requirement:
- Active DV or SC Clearance
- 5+ years Project Management experience delivering construction projects with the Government framework
- Contracts experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
- CCS Framework experience is highly desirable
- NEC 4 experience
- Formal Project Manager qualification is good to have but experience is more important. APM/Prince 2 etc…
- Some background working in a nuclear background or on a licensed site would be advantageous.
