A leading law firm is looking for a talented associate (graduating class of 2020–2022) to join their PE funds team.

They are seeking someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can confidently take the lead on key parts of investment funds law.

You should be comfortable navigating private placements under securities regulations, working with unregistered entities under investment laws, and have some familiarity with advisory regulations.

You must have a strong academic background, experience at a similar firm, and top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
