Private Equity Investment Funds (Secondaries) – Mid-Level Associate

This Top 20 AM Law firm is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join their funds team to focus on private investment funds with a special emphasis on secondary and liquidity transactions.

Ideally, you have 3-6 years of experience working collaboratively in teams and independently managing key aspects of secondary transactions for private equity sponsors and secondary investors.

If you also have experience in general fundraising or co-investments, that’s a big plus!

You must have a strong academic background, relevant experience from a similar firm, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

You should be admitted to the bar in NY state to be considered.
