Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload with a particular focus on wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate planning, and trusts. Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on all aspects of wills and estate planning
- Administering estates and managing probate processes
- Drafting and managing lasting powers of attorney
- Advising on and setting up trusts
- Providing comprehensive tax planning advice
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Contributing to the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Private Client law
- Strong experience in dealing with wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate planning, and trusts
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach to business development
