A marketing-leading national law firm are currently looking for a highly experienced and talented Planning and Consulting Partner to join their team in Bristol.
Key Responsibilities:
– Providing strategic advice to clients on planning and consulting matters.
– Advising on a range of planning applications, appeals, and enforcement actions.
– Drafting and negotiating complex planning agreements and contracts.
– Conducting research and analysis on planning and consulting regulations and policies.
– Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
– The successful candidate should be a qualified solicitor of minimum 8 years’ PQE with relevant experience.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to manage a team of junior lawyers and support staff.
– Strong track record of business development, ideally established and respected within the Bristol and wider South-West market.
