Paraplanner – Hull Office

Salary: up to £45,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) Location: Hull

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Paraplanners to join a growing team in Hull. With strong growth plans and clear goals, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive environment where your skills and career development will be valued.

The firm currently has four paraplanners and is looking to expand to six, strengthening one-to-one relationships and enhancing client support. A senior paraplanner is already in place to provide guidance and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to advisers, including research, report writing, and suitability letters.

• Assist with the preparation of client review packs and documentation.

• Ensure compliance standards are met across all work.

• Contribute to the smooth running of the advice process and client journey.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high standard of service.

Salary & Progression

• Pay increases offered for progression to Diploma

• Support provided for progression toward Chartered status

Candidate Profile

• Preferably experienced candidates with strong technical knowledge

• Diploma qualified or working towards further exams

• Individuals who want to grow with the firm and contribute to its long-term success
