Paraplanner, Central London | Hybrid Working
£45,000 – £50,000 + Benefits
An established, Chartered, independent wealth management firm with a strong client base of legal professionals is entering an exciting phase of growth and restructure and is now looking to hire an experienced Paraplanner to join it’s technical team.
This hire comes at a key point for the business, with the paraplanning and administration functions being reshaped to create clearer career paths, stronger technical support, and more engaging paraplanning roles.

- Conducting whole-of-market research across pensions, investments, and tax planning
- Carrying out cashflow modelling and complex calculations
- Supporting advisers and senior paraplanners on a range of client cases
- Contributing to wider technical and research projects within the business
- Maintaining strong compliance standards and accurate client records
- Building close working relationships with advisers and the wider technical team
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year’s Paraplanning experience within an IFA / wealth management firm
- Diploma qualified with a clear interest in progressing to Chartered
- Solid experience producing written financial advice and suitability reports
- Whole-of-market research experience
- Strong understanding of compliance and advice processes
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple cases
- Experience with systems such as Voyant, CashCalc, FE Analytics, Xplan, and Excel is advantageous
