Paraplanner – Independent Financial Planning Firm
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid working)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
The Role
This is a full-time, hybrid role providing technical and research support to advisers, with a strong focus on investment analysis and portfolio reviews. You’ll be involved in producing suitability reports, conducting investment research, and ensuring advice is delivered in line with regulatory and Consumer Duty requirements.
Key Requirements

Previous experience in a Paraplanner role within an IFA environment

Strong investment knowledge and confidence using research tools

Excellent report writing and attention to detail

Comfortable working with platforms and back-office systems (Intelligent Office and FE Analytics advantageous)

Level 4 Diploma qualified, or close to completion
