Paraplanner – Adviser Progression
We are recruiting for an experienced Paraplanner with clear ambitions to move into an Adviser role.
This position will suit someone who is Diploma qualified or actively working towards their Diploma, with the motivation to complete remaining exams at a good pace. The role will involve supporting a Chartered Adviser and gaining exposure to client-facing work, including probate cases and pension-focused advice. In time, the successful candidate would inherit a client bank.
The firm has a strong technical foundation and an experienced administrative team, so candidates must already have a solid understanding of regulated advice and pensions — this is not a role for someone needing basic training.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Paraplanner who is serious about moving into advice within a supportive but high-expectation environment.
